• A. Dosing procedure
• The quantity of Falchem Metal Brite to be used cannot be predetermined, since it depends on the cleaning results desired and situation. User needs to regulate the quantity required. Falchem Metal Brite MUST BE diluted with fresh water with a percentage concentration ranging from 10-50% depending on the desired strength of the mixture. Do note that a 10% concentrated mixture is sufficiently strong for most general/everyday cases involving rust. 50% concentrated mixture is only recommended when the areas to be cleaned are very heavily covered with rust
• B. Cleaning procedure
• Before application, do ensure the surface to be worked on is free of oil, grease or other foreign matter. The premixed solution may now be applied either by brushing and/or injection. Smaller parts may be immersed directly into premixed solution. For all applications, do allow premixed solution to act for 20 to 40 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with high pressure fresh water.
